- Vetting land documents and giving opinion on purchasing land by the company.<\/li>\n
- To maintain documents relating to buy and selling land.<\/li>\n
- To draft and prepare deed,contract, power of attorney relating to buy and selling of land.<\/li>\n
- To prepare deed with the land owner for the development of land<\/li>\n
- To liaison with outside legal counsel and follow up the cases in the court.<\/li>\n
- To file suit on land dispute.<\/li>\n
- To get mutation of land liasoning with different land related organization.<\/li>\n
- To collect Khation and asses CS, SA, RS, and City Record Khation<\/li>\n
- Handle civil and company related legal issues.<\/li>\n
- Perform legal formalities regarding lease, purchase and sale of property. Prepare deeds, agreements and bonds.<\/li>\n
- Provide all types of legal support to the company.<\/li>\n
- Vetting any types of land related papers and national\/international agreements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\nJob Nature<\/div>\n\n

- L.L.M\/ L.L.B (Hons’) from reputed University.<\/li>\n
